NORTH LANCS TIME TRIAL ASSOCIATION

CONSTITUTION
1. The name of this body, hereinafter called the association, shall be The North Lancashire Time Trial Association.
2. The objects of the Association shall be to promote time trials over various distances on the road, and to encourage the sport of road cycling generally.
3. The Association shall consist of Cycling Clubs affiliated to the CTT and individual members.
4. Each affiliated club shall be entitled to two delegates with power to vote at General Meetings.
5. The Association shall appoint from amongst its members such officers as shall be deemed necessary.
6. Management of the Association shall be vested in an Executive Committee consisting of the Hon. Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and eight members elected annually, except Treasurer.
7. All funds of the Association shall be under the control of the Committee, who shall appoint a Treasurer.
8. In the event of a deficiency occurring in the funds of the Association, all affiliated clubs shall be equally liable to meet such deficiency.
9. This Constitution may be ammended only by consent of two thirds of those present and voting at a General Meeting called for that purpose. At least four weeks notice of such a meeting, giving full particulars of proposed amendments, shall be sent to each affiliated club.
